5. Miscellaneous (Grant application possibilities, etc.)

Important Notes:

1. Each member entitled to vote has the right to vote by one or more agents authorized by a written proxy. (The Proxy form is Attached) The written proxy should be signed by the member either manually or electronically and filed with the Vice President (vice-president@amhuncham.us) no later than 12 pm Eastern Time on the business day prior to the Annual General Meeting.
2. Corporations may delegate two of their representatives.
3. Please send your RSVP notification about your presence to the vice-president@amhuncham.us) email address. The meeting is open to all and any attendees.
4. Among our members, those who have settled their membership fees following the regulations can vote and be elected to any position only.
